Family-owned and run estate agent Petermans wanted to raise the profile of its 'House Doctor’ and ‘Garden Doctor’ services, maximising editorial and advertorial opportunities. The client had started to establish a relationship with various media, Shahrp used initiative to ensure opportunities would not be missed and deadlines met. Shahrp used its knowledge of the client’s services and created informative material and made contact with the relevant journalists. It was felt important to ensure that any commitments the client had to media were fulfilled to maintain a good relationship.

Background material on the ‘House Doctor’ and ‘Garden Doctor’ services were produced, for editorial and advertorial opportunities in property magazines such as, Living South, Living North West, London Property Guide & Dulwich Life. Shahrp is also writing a regular column on behalf of Petermans in Dulwich Life to help position it as a helpful estate agent. Column topics are to help prospective buyers and sellers, and not specifically self-promotional. The client has recently committed to working with Shahrp on an ongoing basis.
